The IQRF Alliance members PROTRONIX, CIS, and MICRORISC recently presented a complete solution for CO2, humidity and temperature sensor data collection and visualization on the IQRF Cloud. The integration of the IQRF Technology into the CO2 sensor, connection to the IQRF Cloud through a plug-and-play GSM or ETH gateway from MICRORISC and customization of the IQRF Cloud took thanks to the close cooperation of the IQRF Alliance members only 7 weeks.
An IQRF DCTR-52DA module was easily connected to the CO2 detector with a sim-card holder and the UART was used as the communication interface. Thanks to this there was just a very little modification on the original sensor PCB and basically no modification on the communication protocol needed.
CIS, company providing the IQRF Cloud services, quickly realized on-line graphs so the collected data could be easily accessed and reviewed by anyone, anywhere and anytime.
“I’m very happy about the new solution in the IQRF Ecosystem as well as the quality and speed of the IQRF Alliance members’ cooperation. It’s very clear that the IQFR Technology with the support of the IQRF Alliance provides members with absolutely unique possibilities and opportunities.” said Simon Chudoba, CEO of the IQRF Alliance.
