MICRORISC Becomes General Partner of MORAVA BIKE 2025

MICRORISC has become the general partner of MORAVA BIKE 2025, one of the most prominent amateur cycling events in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This year’s edition will also feature the premiere of the MICRORISC Challenge – a new competition designed for all official partners of the race.

About MORAVA BIKE

MORAVA BIKE is an extreme multi-stage race for non-registered cyclists. The route follows the Morava River — nearly from its source to its confluence with the Danube. The race stretches across five regions (three in the Czech Republic, two in Slovakia) and covers a total of 315 km, split into three consecutive 105 km stages.

The race welcomes individuals, relay teams, and footbikers alike. It’s not just about athletic performance — it’s about the experience, emotion, and the drive to push your limits.

A Race That Helps: Turning Children's Wards into Magical Spaces

Starting in 2025, MORAVA BIKE gains a charitable dimension. Each year, the race will help transform one children's ward in a hospital located along the race route.

This year, the support will go to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Hodonín Hospital. In collaboration with the Zdeňka Žádníková Foundation, which has been transforming hospital environments into welcoming and playful spaces for over 17 years, partners and participants will help create a place where children can heal both physically and emotionally.

Where Sport Meets Purpose

“Sport is a passion for many of us — we love overcoming both professional and athletic challenges. We’re looking forward to this year’s race,” says Vladimír Šulc, CEO of MICRORISC. Two MICRORISC teams already took part in last year's event.

Thanks to this partnership, the race gains a new layer of meaning — each kilometer now supports not just athletic goals, but real children and entire communities.

Technology That Helps Beyond the Finish Line

MORAVA BIKE 2025 is not only about performance on the trail — it's also about the impact that lasts long after the race ends. This year’s support for the pediatric ICU in Hodonín includes a donation from MICRORISC: the IQAROS wireless monitoring system.

This intelligent solution enables continuous monitoring of temperature and humidity in hospital facilities, helping ensure a safe and stable environment — both for patients and for the proper storage of sensitive materials. IQAROS is commonly used in industrial, storage, and healthcare settings.
